Commissioned by Walter P. Chrysler for his wife, Della, a custom 1937 Chrysler Imperial C-15 Town Car, recently rescued from a barn on the former estate of William K. Vanderbilt II on Long Island. She is being featured this weekend at the Greenwich Concours d’Elegance, her first public outing since 1986! The cigarette butts were still in the ashtray when they found her.
